On this guided tour you will get an insight into how todays farming of salmon takes place. The industry has changed a lot since the beginning in the early 1970's and Norwegian salmon is now one of the most important export products from Norway.
The experience starts at The Coastal Museum with a short introductory film before you head out to the fish farm itself in the RIB.This is a tour thats suitable for the whole family, please note that the age limit is 5 years, and all children under 12 years MUST be accompanied by an adult.We will provide life jackets. Dress according to the weather, remember that it is usually colder at sea than on shore.The whole experience takes approximately 1 hour.
